7 Days of Dinners Part II

As promised, here is my week's menu plan...

Sunday
pasta, homemade sauce, salad
Monday
BBQ at my in laws, I have no control over what's served, but I can control what goes in my mouth.  I'll be noshing on a big salad before we head over.
Tuesday
cilantro lime chicken, sliced avocado, brown rice, homemade pico de gallo (chopped tomato, red onion, cilantro, lime)
Wednesday
steak pizzaiola, with peppers and portabella mushrooms over pasta, sauteed spinach
Thursday
it's big salad night!
Friday
Grilled veggie pizza
Saturday
Grilled fish, zucchini and orzo salad

I think I need to add one fish meal a week...or at least twice a month.
