Welcome to Running A Healthy Family!

My name is Jessie, the host of Running A Healthy Family. I'm a stay at home mom of 2 boys, wife, and mommy blogger. I started this blog as a way of exploring products, ideas, and activities that encourage health, happiness, and wellness in general, whether it physical or mental (it's amazing how great a good long run and a new manicure can make you feel). I have reviewed and/or given away in-home personal training, lip gloss, recipe software, and much more (all of which may be found under the review section of this site). My goal is to support moms and/or dads in setting the example for healthy and happy family living.

Reviews and giveaways are great for exposure and to give back to the community. Running A Healthy Family is very PR friendly and has a following that is constantly growing. I'm happy to test your product/activity and write an honest review, which will then be shared with my readers via this site, Facebook, Twitter, and Google+. Any giveaways you'd like to sponsor will be announced through the same social networking. Review, giveaway, one or both, together or separate, I'm happy to work with you to find something that suites your promotional needs.

Basic Review Guidelines:

Product should be full size
Company is responsible for any shipping charges
Product will not be returned
A fair and honest review will be posted to this site within 2 weeks of receipt of the product (unless otherwise discussed with the company)
Product photo and description will be included in the post (If you'd like a specific photo and/or description, non-biased of course, please include it in an email prior to the posting of the review)
Links to the company's web site and/or social networking pages will be included in the review

Basic Giveaway Guidelines:

If the giveaway is following a review of the product, the product given away should be the same or very similar to the product reviewed
I'm happy to giveaway 1 or more products, also I'm happy to do giveaways at separate times (optimizing the number of posts devoted to the product)
A link to the giveaway may be shared on several other contest blogs
Product photo and description will be included in the post (If you'd like a specific photo and/or description, non-biased of course, please include it in an email prior to the posting of the review)
I'm happy to include specific entries as preferred by the company (ie "Like" company on Facebook, Leave a comment about something learned from the company's web site)
Contests will be open, geographically, to areas specified by the company, as the company is responsible for shipping
Contests generally run for 2 weeks, though it can run for a longer or shorter time should it be requested by the sponsor
Contests are run through Rafflecopter, the winner is chosen through Rafflecopter via Random.com
I will contact winners and supply their shipping information to the sponsor within 72 hours after contest end
